Our Method is called "communityship". This is a seven-step process: 1) GO to the Lost, 2) BRING Seekers to Christ, 3) JOIN Believers, 4) BUILD Up One Another, 5) SPOT Potential Leaders, 6) TRAIN Emerging Leaders, and 7) ASSIGN or SEND Established Leaders.
